A Transnational Seminar for lead partners and partners of the new approved projects on Interreg IIIB “Atlantic Area” Programme was held on 11th of March, 2005 in Lisbon.

The Seminar was organised by the Managing Authority and the Programme’s Joint Secretariat in coordination with the National Coordination Unit INTERREG III Portugal (who has the Programme’s Presidency in 2005 and also has the role of the Portuguese National Correspondent).

The aim of this event was to inform the lead partners and partners, especially on questions like the programme’s managing system, Lead Partner’s responsibility, automatic decommitment (N+2), ERDF payment claims as well as publicity and information obligations.
